Policies and Procedures
Effective 2025
This document outlines the terms and conditions for all charter bus, motorcoach, limousine, SUV, and sedan services provided by C&T Excursions LLC, operating as Cutlass Royal Limousines (“the Company”).
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to C&T Excursions are
non-refundable.
Cancellations made by the customer will be issued as a
future travel credit toward a new or rescheduled reservation.
Credit Terms
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Credits are non-transferable unless approved in writing.
- Credits may only be applied to services equal to or greater than the original booking value.
2. Exceptions
No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations resulting from:
- Acts of God or natural disasters
- Weather
- Government restrictions
- Circumstances beyond our control
- Customer’s violation of these terms
3. Company-Initiated Cancellations
If C&T Excursions must cancel due to unforeseen events such as mechanical failure or driver illness:
- The customer will receive full credit toward a future booking
- No cash refunds will be issued
- The company is not responsible for additional costs, including missed events, lodging, or travel arrangements
4. Delays, Early Pickups & Late Drop-Offs
C&T is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic congestion
- Inclement weather
- Road closures
- Mechanical breakdowns
- Acts of God
- Passenger delays
Delays or lost time do not alter the charter fee, and no refunds will be issued.
All itineraries must comply with FMCSA Hours-of-Service regulations. Adjustments may be required for safety and compliance.
5. Passenger Conduct
C&T reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a trip due to:
- Disorderly conduct
- Harassment
- Excessive intoxication
- Possession or use of illegal substances
No refunds or credits will be issued for trip termination due to passenger misconduct.
Prohibited Activities
- Smoking or vaping in any vehicle ($250 cleaning fee)
- Tampering with emergency equipment
- Standing while the vehicle is in motion (motorcoach only as allowed)
6. Food, Alcohol & Cleanliness
- Alcohol is allowed only for passengers 21+.
- Bodily fluid cleaning fee: minimum $300
- Excessive trash or spills may incur additional cleaning charges.
7. Vehicle Damages
The customer is responsible for:
- Any damage caused by passengers
- Broken equipment or property
- Excessive cleanup
Charges will be assessed at repair or replacement cost.
8. Lost or Left Items
C&T is not responsible for:
- Lost items
- Stolen property
- Items left behind on vehicles
9. Changes to Itinerary
Minor itinerary changes may occur due to operational needs.
Major changes—including destination or date changes—must be approved by C&T.
If the customer does not accept required changes, no refund will be issued, but a credit may be offered at the company’s discretion.
10. Use of Affiliates/Subcontractors
C&T Excursions may, when necessary, utilize qualified affiliate companies to fulfill services.
This does not alter:
- Pricing
- Policies
- Customer obligations
11. Payment Terms
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation.
- The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to departure.
- Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation with no refund.
- Late payments may incur service charges.
12. No-Show Policy
Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup time will result in a no-show, and the customer forfeits all payments with no credit issued.
13. Governing Law
These policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
14. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and C&T Excursions and supersedes all prior verbal or written communications.
