No Refund Policy for C&T Excursions
Please read carefully before booking your charter.
This No Refund Policy outlines our terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for charter services provided by C&T Excursions dba Cutlass Royal Limousines LLC.
1. Cancellation Periods and Fees:
Cancellations made for the total charter will be turned into a future credit towards a new or rescheduled reservation.
2. Exceptions:
No refund will be issued for cancellations due to acts of God, natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, or any violation of our terms and conditions by the customer.
3. Early Pickups and Late Drop-offs:
We are not responsible for any early departures or delayed arrivals caused by factors beyond our control, such as but not limited to:
Traffic congestion
Inclement Weather
Road closures
Mechanical breakdowns
Acts of God
We will make every effort to notify you of any delays and adjust the schedule as necessary. However, no refunds will be issued for time lost due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Passenger Conduct:
We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who exhibits disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to passenger misconduct.
5. Changes to Itinerary
Minor changes to the itinerary may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests and keep you informed of any changes. However, no refunds will be issued for minor itinerary changes. Major changes to the itinerary, such as a change in destination or date, will require our approval. If you do not agree to the changes, you will not be eligible for full credit for a future reservation.
6. Vehicle Damages:
The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the rented vehicle during the rental period. The customer will be charged for any repairs or replacements required due to damage and no refund will be given.
7. Payment Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total charter fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due in full 14 days before the scheduled departure date.
8. Governing Law:
This No Refund Policy shall be governed and construed by the laws of the State of Kentucky.
9. Entire Agreement:
This No Refund Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and C&T Excursions and Cutlass Royal Limousines LLC concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
10. No-Show Policy:
If you fail to show up for your scheduled trip, you will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for any refund and or credit.
Additional Terms:
This No Refund Policy applies to all charter bus services, limousine, SUV, and sedan services booked with C&T Excursions and Cutlass Royal Limousines LLC.
